Let me start by saying this review has everything to do with the finance guy at Southlake Nissan even tho we were at Mitsubishi/Kia.
Jim the finance guy is a weasel! He tells you about a warranty and you tell him "lets look at the numbers" and he changes your payment and APR and wants you to sign paper without you looking at the numbers. Took our new Mitsubishi Outlander for its first maintenance and oil change. Had a great experience with Randy who helped out from beginning to end with a fob issue that we had since we bought vehicle, although he was the service manager and didn’t have to!!!!! But really glad he did!! Thank you Randy!!!

In and out for an oil change with little waiting. They shared info on vehicle I forgot about! Need better signage to find them for service.
They stopped me on my way walking home, and they got me a car, even tho I had doubts about whether I’d get an approval or not. Amarion was amazing when it came to the whole process. I was nervous for nothing. If it weren’t for him, I’d be walking in the heat next week. Thankful for him helping get me approved.
